● i will also be using a variety of bases depending on what i see fit, you can request a specific one as well
● 1-3 WIPS will be sent to which you can request MINOR changes
● TAT is 1-2 weeks, 3 weeks max if i have a lot of pending before yours

♥ Terms of Service ♥General
-Designs only cover personal use, if you want to use the design commercially (merch, vtuber, etc.) payment is 3x the price +50usd
-Credit the design to me when uploading the original image/drawing the adopt for the first time

-Feel free to make changes once the adopt is yours
-I have the rights to use sold adopts as examples
-I have the rights to refuse sale to someone with reason (suspicious/new accounts, previously blacklisted, Bewares and PSAs, unpaid holds etc.)
-Issues regarding payment and usage of character will put you into an unlisted blacklist for me and my peers
-Co-owning is allowed but the details and permissions will be up to the parties involvedPayment
-Serious bids/offers ONLY : Only offer what you can and will pay/do
-HOLDS : I will do a maximum of 48 hours hold (1 week for trusted buyers), if longer I need an initial payment of half. If the hold is cancelled or I get no response, adopt will be back up.
-Send Payment within 24 hours of me replying : I will notify once if I don’t get an initial response, if I still don’t get a response the adopt will be back up again
-Payment first : I will transfer the character thru TH or email after payment is confirmed
-No Refunds/Chargebacks : All sales are final, once you have the individual files I won’t accept refundsReselling/Trades
-You are allowed to trade/resell my adopts without my permission
-Make sure you place credits to me when posting the design for reselling/trading
